Inside the workflow

From a need
to a useful next step.

01

Capture the enquiry

Bring practice and case-interest information into a structured record.

02

Give it an owner

Make assignment, status and the next action visible.

03

Follow the progress

Connect the pipeline to activity, tasks and pickup handoffs.

04

Report and review

Use reporting workflows to make follow-up and exceptions easier to see.

Built around the handoff.

Give the team a shared place to track a practice relationship from the first enquiry to its next action.

The starting point

Make the owner, status and next action easier to follow across practice relationships.

  1. Map lead, client and pickup journeys.
  2. Build shared records and role-aware workspace views.
  3. Connect follow-up, workflows and reporting around those records.

The work included

  • Lead and pipeline views
  • Practice and activity records
  • Tasks and workflow development
  • Case-pickup and reporting journeys

Evidence & limits

Screens were rendered from the retained AIM CRM frontend with intercepted local API responses and an invented demo user. Backend source documents lead capture, scoring, workflows, case-pickup handling and reporting. This is a view of development work, not a fresh audit of the production deployment. A new enquiry, a won stage and a confirmed recurring client are different business events; no conversion or revenue improvement is inferred.
