01 / Context
The challenge
Managing two brands meant moving between campaign information, content plans, leads and approvals. The product needed to make the brand context clear without duplicating every workflow.
02 / The thinking
A considered way forward.
- 01
Define a shared visual system before building individual modules.
- 02
Use a brand switch to keep the interface and context aligned.
- 03
Bring leads, campaign work, content planning and reporting into a common navigation structure.
03 / The making
What the work included.
- Shared design system
- AIM / Kings Highway brand switch
- Lead and campaign views
- Content planning and approval interfaces
- SEO, reporting and workflow modules
04 / Why it matters
Designed to be useful.
The workspace is designed to make the next decision and handoff easier to find. It shows how a tailored interface can connect marketing execution with the systems behind it.
Screens show a fictional-data walkthrough. Integrations and automated publishing have separate release stages; the case does not imply that every module runs autonomously.
